Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Live-In Hotel Manager / Front Desk Associate to oversee daily hotel operations while providing exceptional guest experiences. This dynamic role combines hospitality management with front desk responsibilities, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes, guest satisfaction, and efficient hotel administration. As a live-in team member, you will enjoy a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the hospitality environment, fostering guest relations and maintaining high standards of service in a welcoming resort setting. Your proactive approach and multilingual skills will be vital in creating memorable stays for diverse guests. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out procedures, and handle guest inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm Manage front desk operations using multi-line phone systems, ensuring prompt and courteous communication at all times Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining positive guest relations Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and security of all hotel records Oversee guest services including room assignments, concierge requests, and special accommodations to enhance overall guest satisfaction Maintain hotel cleanliness and organization at the front desk area, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the resort's facilities meet high standards of hospitality Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality setting Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world Knowledge of hospitality management principles, including guest relations, reservations, and night audit procedures Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required for live-in roles Hospitality management certification or relevant hotel experience preferred but not mandatory Join us in creating welcoming environments where every guest feels valued!
