Job Description
Luminous Hotel Management is currently seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead one of our properties in Manteo, NC. The right candidate will be responsible for the following; Administer, direct, and control the operations of Hotel Responsible for achieving/exceeding budgeted revenue Training associates of all departments Particpates and conducts scheduled staff meetings Promote teamwork Build on existing company culture Accurate record keeping of all accounts and employee files Lead property in service training Oversee Preventative Maintenance program Inventory and order all essential products Responsible for management systems - A/P, A/R, and payroll Perform hands-on duties as required. Participate in company meetings as needed.
