Hotel Location:
Raleigh,NC Compensation:
$30,000/year + On-Site Apartment Included About the Role We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Property Supervisor to help keep our hotel running smoothly day to day. This is a live-on-site position — meaning you'll receive a furnished apartment on the property as part of your compensation package, making it an excellent opportunity for right candidate. You'll wear a few hats: covering shifts at the front desk, supporting our maintenance technician, and coordinating/assisting with the housekeeping team. If you're organized, a strong communicator, and comfortable jumping between tasks, this role is a great fit. Responsibilities Front Desk (One Shift per Day) Greet and check in/out guests professionally Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries Handle reservations and basic billing questions Address and resolve guest concerns promptly Maintenance Support Assist the maintenance technician with routine property upkeep Conduct regular walk-throughs to identify and report issues Coordinate repairs and communicate timelines to management Housekeeping Coordination Support and communicate with the housekeeping team Help ensure rooms are turned over efficiently and to standard Assist with supply inventory and scheduling when needed What We're Looking For Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or a similar role preferred Comfortable working independently and taking initiative Strong communication skills with guests and team members Basic knowledge of building maintenance a plus Must be comfortable living on-site and being accessible as needed Compensation & Benefits $30,000 annual salary On-site apartment provided (a significant added value approx 18,000 value)
Pay:
$28,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year
