As the Front Office Manager, you will lead and manage the operation of the Guest Services Department, including Front Desk and night audit with strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure superior guest service
  • Maintain high visibility and professional involvement with guests. Represent management in the area of guest service and deal with the day-to-day operational issue and special requests of hotel guests
  • Implement training initiatives for current and new employees
  • Promote our Choice Privileges and ensure compliance with Program Standards
  • Develop, organize and conduct Department Meetings
  • Administrate uniform program, for the Guest Services Department
  • Ensure financial success by controlling staffing levels, operational costs and maximizing revenues
  • Responsible for hiring, training, coaching; counseling and executing disciplinary actions of employees
  • Handle any special projects or assignments
  • Knowledge of night audit procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum three (3) years managerial hotel experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Solid understanding of Guest Service Standards and Procedures
  • Solid Customer Service and great communication skills
  • Diplomacy, tact and creative problem resolution skills a must
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Able to multitask while focusing on details
  • Four-year college degree or equivalent in education or experience preferred
