Job Description

Job description: We are looking for a reliable and hands-on On-Site Hotel Manager to manage daily operations at our motel. This is a live-in position , and you will be responsible for front desk, guest service, and overall property management.
Responsibilities:
Handle front desk operations (check-in / check-out / reservations) Manage daily hotel operations and guest services Supervise housekeeping and ensure room cleanliness Coordinate basic maintenance (handle or report issues) Manage online bookings (Expedia / Booking / walk-ins) Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally Monitor cash handling and daily reports
Requirements:
Previous hotel / motel or customer service experience Reliable and responsible (must stay on-site) Able to work flexible hours, including weekends Able to handle guest issues independently Basic computer skills (PMS / booking systems preferred)
Compensation:
Salary based on experience Housing support available for qualified candidates
Important:
This is a live-in, hands-on role — not a corporate management position. You will be involved in daily operations, including front desk and problem-solving. Housing support is conditional and based on performance. Only serious applicants. On site interview is needed.
