Location:

Omaha, NE MSC Companies is seeking a full-time Hotel General Manager for our Holiday Inn Express in Omaha West, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts. Holiday Inn Express is known worldwide for offering affordable accommodations, complimentary breakfast, high-speed internet, and comfortable stays, with a focus on simple, smart, and engaging guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest service.
• Manage budgets, financial planning, and operational performance.
• Manage payroll and onboarding.
• Lead and develop hotel staff, maintaining a positive work environment.
• Supervise food and beverage services.
• Implement strategies to meet business goals and occupancy targets.
• Ensure compliance with IHG brand standards and policies.

Qualifications:

• Experience in hotel general management or business management.
• Strong budgeting, financial planning, and operational skills.
• Excellent customer service, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and food & beverage operations.
• Associates/ Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
