• Oversees, directs, and manages property operations of a single property to assure optimum performance and continual improvement.
• Coordinates, directs and manages staff and everyday hotel operations to achieve profitability, guest satisfaction, and efficiency while maintaining brand standards assuring 100% guest satisfaction.
• Participates in hotel sales efforts in compliance with current guidelines for general managers.
• Coordinates and implements sales and marketing activities of the property.
• Manages all financial activities and reconciles all financial accounts.
• Participates and monitors monthly inventory of supplies and equipment ensuring purchases made are within budget and by approved vendors.
• Trains and develops all property associates including management to meet or exceed the company's expectations.
• Communicates directly with the Regional Director of Operations.
• Responsible for the timely completion of all property assignments and projects requested by Regional Directors, or corporate office.
• Communicates and consults with appropriate corporate support departments as necessary.

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
