This energetic role is perfect for someone passionate about hospitality, events, and guest experiences. As a Seasonal Manager, you will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional service delivery in a vibrant environment at Sonny's Builders District. Your leadership will help create memorable moments for our guests while maintaining smooth management of shift activities. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your management skills in a lively, fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all aspects of nightly operations, ensuring high standards of guest service and safety. Lead and motivate team members, providing clear direction and support to foster a positive work environment. Manage shift schedules, delegate tasks efficiently, and oversee cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and security. Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown to guarantee seamless guest experiences during busy periods. Maintain detailed reports on daily operations, incidents, and guest feedback to inform continuous improvement efforts. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold excellent customer service standards. Supervise supervising staff, including training new team members and ensuring compliance with company policies. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant management, preferably with a background in nightlife or nightclub settings. Demonstrated leadership skills with previous supervising or assistant manager experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational abilities with experience in report writing and shift management. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and problem resolution. Familiarity with event management, cash handling, and managing large groups or crowds. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by seasonal demands.
