AC Hotel Portsmouth is looking for an engaging, detail-oriented, and service-driven Outlets Manager to lead our Food & Beverage operations and help elevate every dining and social experience across the property. In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day food and beverage operations, lead and develop a high-performing team, drive operational excellence, and create memorable guest experiences — all while balancing creativity, efficiency, and strong financial performance. What You'll Do:
As Outlets Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in shaping the guest experience and driving operational success by: Leading day-to-day Food & Beverage operations while ensuring exceptional service standards Recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and developing a strong and motivated team Creating a positive, collaborative, and engaging workplace culture Managing staffing levels to support guest satisfaction and operational efficiency Driving associate engagement and recognition initiatives Monitoring team performance and providing mentorship and growth opportunities Managing food and beverage costs while maximizing quality and guest satisfaction Partnering closely with Sales teams and Hotel General Managers to support business goals Developing menus and beverage offerings alongside the Food & Beverage team Leading daily pre-shift and departmental meetings to keep teams informed and energized Overseeing bar operations, liquor controls, inventory management, and product mix Staying current on beverage trends, specials, and presentation ideas Ensuring compliance with all food safety and liquor regulations Managing ordering, inventory, deliveries, and operational controls Supporting smooth and accurate cash-out procedures and financial accountability What we are looking for: The ideal candidate is: An experienced Food & Beverage leader with 2+ years of management experience (hotel experience preferred) Passionate about hospitality and delivering elevated guest experiences A strong communicator who leads with professionalism, positivity, and accountability Organized, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Skilled at multitasking, coaching teams, and solving problems under pressure T.I.P.S. and ServSafe certified (or able to obtain certification within 30 days) Comfortable using POS systems and standard computer software programs Flexible to work a rotating schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
