Duties Supervise and coordinate daily front desk activities, ensuring smooth operations during all shifts, including night audit procedures. Lead and motivate front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest service, emphasizing phone etiquette, professional guest interactions. Handle inquiries and requests promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction. Oversee check-in and check-out processes, verifying reservations, issuing keys, and managing billing accurately. Maintain accurate records of guest stays, reservations, and billing details while ensuring compliance with hotel policies. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs swiftly and efficiently. Implement training programs for staff on hospitality standards, hotel management systems, and guest services protocols. Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions while maintaining detailed reports for management review. Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong background in customer service. Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively in a fast-paced environment within a resort or hospitality setting. Previous experience in handling guest relations, resolving guest inquiries diplomatically, and maintaining high service standards.
