Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: sales, venue knowledge, guest satisfaction, upholding employee service standards, venue cleanliness and appearance, product quality controls, database management and reporting, and general administrative responsibilities. The VIP & Guest Relations Manager will report directly to the General Manager. This position can be filled by one full-time candidate or split between two part-time candidates - hours and schedule are open for discussion. Responsibilities Be an ambassador for SoHoboken Group; meeting and exceeding core objectives and values. Maintain full knowledge of what each venue has to offer, operations and policies. Participate in weekly nightlife & restaurant manager meetings in the office to coordinate upcoming events, resolve issues, and ensure we are maximizing efficiency and profitability Maintain complete knowledge of Union POS, Tablelist Pro, Asana Task Management, and Follow up Boss. No prior experience in these specific software applications required. Monitor all guests in the database and make sure all inquiries and communications are responded to in a timely manner. Own the nightlife guest experience at all venues, including but not limited to booking VIP's, greeting VIPs upon arrival and assisting with handling guest incidents. Confirm all VIP tables early the day of, and send follow up thankyou emails the following week through Follow Up Boss to build strong relationships with VIP clientele. Manage all VIP interactions, recognize repeat guests and communicate to maintain relationships and build a personal following. Assist in opening, transitional, and closing procedures. Be an extra set of eyes in any room or venue you're in, knowing what is going on at all times with the flow of the night - coordinate with DJs, entertainment, seating of tables, incidents, checking in on the status of VIP table check-ins. Must ensure that every guest leaves each venue with their satisfactory expectations exceeded with above satisfactory service. Communicate with the management team of any issues relating to guest experience, product, staff, or facilities. Will monitor performance on a weekly basis of all nighttime sales, item sales, bottle service sales, door sales, security clickers etc. Must interact and communicate with staff, guests, and security; and anticipate any issues and act quickly to resolve problems before they affect the guest experience Responsible for daily cash outs of nighttime staff Will implement new and effective processes to help with quality control of product and nighttime operations Ensure that all CRM strategies are being followed. This can include but not limited to online reviews, social media, comment cards, emails, and face to face feedback. Filter all this information into the venues master database to be used for future marketing Always pursuing new ideas and events to keep all our venues relevant and fun, with the consistent goal of driving revenue - work with management team to come up with weekly events for each venue Build and maintain relationships with Liquor Salespeople & vendors, as well as other local or popular businesses for collaboration opportunities.
