Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Desk and Guest Services Manager to lead our hospitality team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all front desk operations, ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out processes, and provide personalized service that exceeds expectations. Your leadership will foster a welcoming environment, promote guest satisfaction, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the face of our resort, inspiring your team to deliver memorable stays for every guest. Duties Manage daily front desk operations, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and billing procedures Lead and motivate the guest services team to deliver outstanding customer service with enthusiasm and professionalism Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and effectively, ensuring positive resolutions Oversee multi-line phone systems, maintain phone etiquette, and coordinate communication across departments Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy of reports Maintain strong guest relations by proactively addressing needs and fostering a welcoming atmosphere Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth resort operations Implement hospitality management best practices to enhance overall guest experience and operational efficiency Experience Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles preferred Strong background in front desk operations, customer service, and guest relations Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems Experience conducting night audits and managing hotel financial transactions Excellent phone etiquette skills with the ability to handle high-volume calls confidently and multitasking Previous leadership experience in a hospitality environment is highly desirable Join us as a Front Desk and Guest Services Manager to create memorable experiences for our guests while leading a passionate team dedicated to excellence. Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
