  • Full-time We are seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead operations for a newly renovated 71-room hotel alongside an existing 96-room motel property in Carson City, NV.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong hospitality leader with experience in hotel operations, team leadership, revenue growth, guest satisfaction, and property management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, financially disciplined, operationally focused, and comfortable managing both renovated hotel inventory and legacy motel operations.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all daily hotel and motel operations Lead front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services teams Recruit, train, and manage staff performance Drive occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall profitability Manage labor costs, scheduling, purchasing, and budgets Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and online review performance Coordinate maintenance, preventative upkeep, and property appearance Handle guest issues professionally and efficiently Work closely with ownership on financial reporting and operational goals Maintain brand standards and operational compliance
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years hotel General Manager experience preferred Experience managing 100+ room properties strongly preferred Strong knowledge of hotel operations, staffing, and revenue management Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment Experience with PMS systems, OTA management, and budgeting Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Independent hotel, economy, midscale, or motel experience is a plus
