Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Directs and leads the activities of the Front Desk Clerks to ensure smooth flow of operationsSchedules all clerk breaks and lunches on assigned shift to ensure uninterrupted serviceCoordinates with the different departments concerned regarding changes in promotions, events and hotel rate.

Updates front desk boards and informs clerks on the changesAnswers all guests' complaints and billing problemsCoordinates with bus promotions arrival of busses for group check inBlocks the required rooms the group guestsUpdates regularly the hotel occupancy board and coordinates with different departments regarding room availabilityCoordinates with housekeeping and engineering department's on-going maintenance projects in the hotelPrints our daily occupancy reports and distributes same to the departments concernedAssists with Front Desk Clerk duties as needed
Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not requiredKnowledge of Microsoft WordFluent in EnglishPrevious experience in the Hotel/Hospitality Industry preferredRegistration with the Nevada Gaming Control BoardIdentification that establishes identityIdentification that establishes the right to work in the United States
