Clarion Inn & Suites & Quality Inn - 2 hotels Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our 2 hotels front desk team. This role is crucial in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage guest relations effectively. Duties Hire, Train and Supervise 2 front desk staffs, ensuring high standards of guest service are maintained at all times. Manage the check-in and check-out processes, addressing any guest inquiries or issues promptly. Oversee night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with hotel policies. Maintain efficient phone systems, handling reservations and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Train new staff on hotel policies, procedures, and best practices in guest services. Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and a positive guest experience. Handle guest complaints or concerns effectively, striving for resolution that exceeds expectations. Requirements Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management is required. Strong understanding of guest services principles and practices within the hotel industry. Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Proficiency in phone etiquette and effective communication skills is essential. Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel management software is advantageous. Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
