Set the Tone. Create Great Stays. The front desk is the heartbeat of the hotel, and we're looking for a Front Desk Supervisor who can keep that heartbeat strong. If you're the type of leader who can handle a busy check-in line with a smile, solve problems before they become complaints, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional guest service, we want to meet you. This is a hands-on leadership position. You'll lead by example, support the front desk team, and ensure every guest receives the warm welcome and seamless experience they deserve. Weekend availability is required. Primary shifts needed are 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM. What You'll Be DoingGuest Experience Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and professionalism Handle guest concerns and service recovery with confidence and empathy Ensure all guests receive exceptional service from arrival to departure Act as the primary point of contact during evening operations Team Leadership Lead and support front desk associates during your shift Coach team members on service standards and operational procedures Assist with training new employees Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment Operations Oversee daily front desk operations and shift execution Ensure accurate check-ins, check-outs, and reservations Balance cash handling and follow hotel procedures Assist with room inventory management and guest requests Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain brand standards and operational excellence What We're Looking For Previous hotel front desk experience required Supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced situations Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Comfortable making decisions independently Knowledge of IHG systems or HotelKey is a plus, but not required
Schedule Requirements Required Availability:
