You may act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the General Manager. Manage every day activities. Plan and assign work ensuring you have the right staffing numbers. You will need to develop your team and improve their performance through coaching and feedback. You will be responsible for training team members to brand standards, driving a great working environment for teams to thrive. You will assist the General Manager in the development of implementation and monitoring of financial and operational plans for the hotel. You will be expected to work a mix of PM/Mid Shifts, as well as Overnight/Audit Shifts Qualified candidates must have at least 1 year of guest service experience with at least 6 Months in a supervisory or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience in a hotel of similar size and complexity preferred.
