Duties Oversee daily hotel operations, both front of house and back of house departments including maintenance, sales, and revenue management Lead and supervise a diverse team, ensuring high standards of service and operational excellence Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue through effective pricing, sales initiatives, and occupancy management Maintain exceptional guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring memorable experiences that encourage repeat visits Manage human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development to cultivate a motivated team Oversee budgeting processes, financial reporting, and cost control measures to ensure profitability and operational efficiency Coordinate with departments to ensure compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and quality standards Utilize multi-line phone systems with proper phone etiquette to handle guest inquiries professionally and efficiently Conduct night audits and oversee guest check-in/check-out procedures to ensure smooth operations during all hours Qualifications Minimum of one year hotel management experience Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment Exceptional guest relations service skills Join us in creating extraordinary guest experiences through energetic leadership and dedicated service.
