Job Description

Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Check guests in and out of the hotel using the computerized reservation system Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or transfer calls to appropriate departments Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously Assist with reservations and provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions Supervise and insure completion of all duties of Front Desk Agents Confirm credit and payment method at check in, and full payment at check out. Provide list of "due outs" to Housekeeping. Log all requests and confirm completion. Maintain key control. Maintain Front Desk log book. Review PMS inventory and House Count for availability and rates. Maintain and market special guest programs. Balance and prepare individual paper work for closing of shift. Balance bank daily. Perform all duties of Front Desk Agent.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in using computerized reservation systems and phone systems
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
