Duties Supervise front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes while maintaining excellent phone etiquette on multi-line phone systems Lead and motivate hotel staff, fostering a positive team environment and providing guidance on guest services, human resources policies, and hospitality standards Oversee guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and ensuring memorable guest experiences Collaborate with Housekeeping Department for room readiness. Assist with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to financial goals Coordinate night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports for management review Support the hiring, training, and supervising of staff members to uphold service excellence across all departments Skills Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests and staff members Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or hotel management industry Strong knowledge of hotel management practices, including guest services, resort operations, and hospitality standards Expertise in revenue management techniques and budgeting processes Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Familiarity with front desk operations, human resources functions, and night audit procedures Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Join us as an Assistant Manager - Hotel and be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
