Join Our Team as an Assistant General Manager! Step into a leadership role where you'll make a real impact! As the Assistant General Manager, you'll help run every part of our hotel—from operations to guest satisfaction, sales, and team development. You'll be the right hand to the General Manager, ensuring our hotel delivers exceptional experiences for guests and a smooth, motivated environment for our team. What You'll Be Doing Support the General Manager in leading and motivating the team. Ensure brand standards are met and exceeded across the property. Oversee daily operations for all hotel departments. Review financials, sales, and performance data to drive improvement. Coach, train, and mentor staff to achieve their full potential. Anticipate and resolve guest concerns proactively to deliver amazing service. Build relationships with key customers and support hotel sales initiatives. Set clear expectations and provide consistent feedback to team members. Step in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly. Who You Are Experienced in hotel management (minimum 2 years) with a proven leadership track record. Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills. Knowledgeable about hotel operations and competitive markets. Goal-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering outstanding guest service. Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment. Able to inspire, motivate, and build a high-performing team.
