Responsibilities Supervise front desk staff to ensure efficient check-in and check-out procedures while maintaining exceptional guest service standards Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring swift resolutions that exceed expectations Manage multi-line phone systems and respond to reservation requests, cancellations, and general information inquiries with clear communication and friendly phone etiquette Oversee night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy and security overnight Support guest relations initiatives by fostering a welcoming atmosphere, assisting with concierge services, and promoting hotel amenities Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs promptly and maintain operational excellence Train new team members on hospitality management practices, guest services protocols, and hotel policies to uphold service consistency Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a multilingual or bilingual setting Knowledge of hotel management systems, reservation platforms, and night audit procedures Excellent communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure Familiarity with guest relations strategies and hospitality best practices Prior experience in hotel experience or guest services roles is highly desirable Join us to lead our front desk team with energy and professionalism!
