This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape guest experiences, drive revenue growth, and foster a welcoming environment for both guests and staff. As the driving force behind daily operations, you'll ensure exceptional service delivery, uphold brand standards, and manage all facets of hotel management with enthusiasm and expertise. Your leadership will inspire teams, optimize performance, and create memorable stays that keep guests coming back. Responsibilities Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk management, guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance to ensure smooth daily functioning. Lead and supervise staff across departments, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and efficient team. Manage revenue streams through effective pricing strategies, budgeting, and financial planning to maximize profitability. Ensure compliance with hospitality standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies at all times. Cultivate excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Coordinate with human resources on staffing needs, recruitment efforts, and employee development programs. Oversee the implementation of hotel management systems including multi-line phone systems, reservation platforms, and guest communication tools to enhance operational efficiency. Conduct regular audits such as night audits and quality inspections to uphold service standards. Develop marketing initiatives to promote the property's amenities and attract new clientele. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles with supervising experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles including revenue management, guest services, human resources, and budgeting. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams across multiple departments. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with international guests. Demonstrated expertise in customer service excellence and guest relations strategies. Familiarity with hotel management software systems such as front desk operations and night audit procedures. Exceptional communication skills including phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems effectively.
