As the cornerstone of our operations, you will oversee daily hotel functions, manage staff, and uphold the highest standards of service. Your leadership will drive revenue growth, optimize operational efficiency, and foster a welcoming environment for guests from diverse backgrounds. Duties Supervise all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services to ensure seamless operations. Lead and motivate staff through effective training, performance management, and team-building initiatives. Oversee revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy rates and profitability through dynamic pricing and promotional activities. Manage budgeting processes, control expenses, and ensure financial targets are met or exceeded. Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and maintaining high satisfaction standards. Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, onboarding, staff scheduling, and compliance with employment laws. Maintain strong guest relations by fostering a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring all guest needs are met with professionalism and care. Coordinate night audit procedures to verify daily financial transactions and prepare reports for management review. Implement hotel policies and procedures aligned with industry best practices to uphold safety, cleanliness, and service quality standards. Utilize multi-line phone systems with proper phone etiquette to handle inquiries efficiently while managing reservations and guest requests. Skills Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests and staff members. Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or hotel management industry. Extensive knowledge of hospitality management principles including revenue management, guest services, and hotel operations. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and foster a positive work environment. Excellent customer service skills coupled with effective communication abilities. Experience in budgeting, human resources management, and implementing operational strategies. Familiarity with front desk operations, night audit procedures, resort environments, and multi-line phone systems. Ability to handle complex situations with professionalism using proper phone etiquette while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
