Key Responsibilities Assist the General Manager in supervising all hotel departments including Front Desk, Breakfast, and Housekeeping staff Plan activities and allocate responsibilities to optimize operational efficiency Welcome guests, address complaints, provide solutions, and offer helpful information Support maintenance management, staffing coordination, and facility renovations Regularly inspect facilities to ensure strict compliance with health and safety standards Required Skills & Qualifications Previous hotel experience is required; Front Desk experience preferred Excellent customer service skills combined with a strong business mindset Proven decision-making and problem-solving abilities Reliable, able to multitask and perform well under pressure Outstanding leadership skills with great attention to detail Must pass background screening to qualify Why Join Us?
