General Manager - Akron/Fairlawn/Medina Area We are currently seeking an experienced and driven General Manager for our property in the Akron/Fairlawn/Medina area. We believe every guest is our highest priority and expect nothing less than excellence from each member of our team. We are committed to delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest operational standards.

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will bring prior hotel management experience and a hands-on leadership style, with a strong "can-do" attitude. This property requires a leader who is actively engaged in day-to-day operations and willing to work alongside team members to successfully execute renovations and operational improvements. This is not a desk-based management role.

Key Qualifications:

Proven experience in hotel management Hands-on leadership approach with strong team engagement Ability to lead through change and support renovation/transition efforts Strong operational and guest service focus Previous hotel sales experience is a plus Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays (24/7 operation)
