Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead our hospitality team with passion and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and financial performance. Your leadership will inspire staff, foster a welcoming environment, and drive the success of our resort or hotel property. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional eager to make a positive impact in a vibrant guest-focused setting. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services to ensure seamless operations. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. Oversee budgeting, financial management, and revenue management strategies to meet or exceed financial targets. Maintain high standards of customer service by training staff on phone etiquette, guest relations, and hospitality best practices. Manage human resources functions such as hiring, onboarding, staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and industry standards across all departments. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly to uphold excellent guest relations. Oversee night audit procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting at the end of each day. Utilize multi-line phone systems effectively while maintaining professional communication at all times. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, leadership development, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Proven supervising experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a strong background in hotel experience or resort management. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple departments efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence. Strong knowledge of revenue management, budgeting, human resources practices, and hotel management systems. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Experience with front desk operations, night audit procedures, and multi-line phone systems is preferred. Exceptional communication skills with a professional phone etiquette approach. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed to support hotel operations.
