Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Hotel General Manager to lead our hospitality team with passion and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and financial performance. Your leadership will inspire staff, foster a welcoming environment for guests, and drive the overall success of the property. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional to make a significant impact in a vibrant resort or hotel setting. Duties Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services, ensuring seamless coordination and high standards of service. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency, guest satisfaction, and revenue growth. Manage budgeting processes, monitor financial performance, and identify opportunities for cost control and revenue enhancement. Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development to build a motivated and professional team. Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, ensuring memorable experiences, and fostering positive reviews. Coordinate night audit activities to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with hotel policies. Utilize revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy rates and profitability while maintaining high service standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, health standards, and licensing requirements across all departments. Oversee the implementation of multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette protocols to ensure professional communication with guests and vendors. Monitor front desk operations for efficiency, guest satisfaction, and adherence to service standards. Conduct regular inspections of the property to uphold cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic standards. Skills Proven supervisory experience within the hospitality industry; previous hotel management experience is highly preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences. Familiarity with front desk operations and night audit procedures

$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
