Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Hotel Front Desk Manager to lead our front desk operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their experience begins with warmth, efficiency, and exceptional service. Your leadership will set the tone for guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and team cohesion. Responsibilities Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and guest inquiries. Lead and motivate front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service with a positive attitude and proactive approach. Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, resolving issues effectively, and ensuring memorable experiences. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations. Handle night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions accurately while maintaining high standards of phone etiquette and multi-line phone system management. Support multilingual guests by providing bilingual or multilingual assistance to enhance their stay. Train staff on hospitality management best practices, hotel policies, and guest service standards to foster a welcoming environment. Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hotel setting. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs confidently and professionally. Excellent communication skills, including bilingual or multilingual abilities preferred. Knowledge of hospitality management systems and experience with night audit procedures. Ability to manage multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining courteous phone etiquette. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise, train, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. Pay:
$13.00 - $16.00 per hour
