We are seeking someone who is reliable, professional, guest-focused, and capable of managing hotel staff and property operations efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily hotel operations and staff Supervise front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction Handle employee scheduling and shift management Monitor property cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance Resolve guest complaints professionally and efficiently Assist with hiring, training, and supervising employees Help increase hotel performance, occupancy, and guest ratings Coordinate with ownership regarding operations and improvements Ensure hotel policies, franchise standards, and brand requirements are followed

Qualifications:

10 Years of hotel management experience required Experience managing a Choice Hotels property preferred Knowledge of Choice Hotels brand standards and operations is a strong plus Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage staff and daily hotel operations Experience with hotel reservation systems is preferred Must be dependable, organized, and problem-solving oriented Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Compensation:

Salary - $4000 Performance incentives may be available
