This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with experience in luxury hotel operations, guest experience, food/beverage, branding, marketing, sales, community relations, and special events. The ideal candidate understands how to create exceptional guest experiences while helping shape and grow a distinctive hospitality brand. Responsibilities Oversee daily hotel and hospitality operations Help develop and implement luxury guest experience standards Assist with branding, marketing, and sales initiatives Support event planning and execution including weddings, corporate retreats, private dinners, and cultural programming Work collaboratively with ownership, consultants, and development teams during expansion planning Help hire, train, and lead hospitality staff Develop operational systems, SOPs, and service procedures Help grow memberships, partnerships, and community relationships Monitor budgets, occupancy goals, guest satisfaction, and operational performance Qualifications Experience in luxury hotel, boutique hotel, resort, or high-end hospitality management Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Strong leadership and organizational skills Experience with hospitality sales, marketing, and events Passion for historic properties, hospitality, culture, and guest experience Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Excellent communication and team management skills Experience with hotel software and hospitality operations About Harwelden Mansion Harwelden Mansion is a historic estate in Tulsa, Oklahoma undergoing planning and expansion into a refined hospitality destination featuring luxury accommodations, events, wellness experiences, dining, and cultural programming.
