In the middle of wine country and only an hour from the coast, our well-established, busy RV resort conveniently located near I-5 in Oregon is seeking an experienced, guest-oriented, hospitality-driven couple/team to manage our beautifully landscaped property with 200+ long and short term RV sites. The office manager needs to be a highly organized, genuinely friendly, people-person who has experience working with computerized reservation systems and excellent customer service skills. They must be able to skillfully manage a combination of both overnight and month-to-month guests. The maintenance manager will take care of the swimming pool and hot tub, and have relevant skills and experience in project management, electrical, plumbing, irrigation, etc. Between you, you will oversee approximately 10-12 employees including recruitment, training, payroll, etc. We offer a competitive salary based on successful, recent and relevant 2-5 years management experience of $3900.00/month each , plus choice of full hook up RV site and propane/utilities or newly renovated 2-bedroom furnished apartment, and paid vacation. These are full-time, year-round, and especially hands-on positions. We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated and lead by example, not by directing from behind a desk!
