Job Description

Overview We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily hotel operations, managing staff, and driving revenue growth while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive hotel management experience, and a passion for creating memorable stays for guests. As the face of the hotel, you will foster a welcoming environment that promotes teamwork, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance to ensure seamless operations. Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue through effective pricing, sales initiatives, and occupancy management. Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures to meet financial goals while maintaining quality standards. Ensure exceptional guest services by addressing guest concerns promptly and fostering a culture of hospitality excellence. Manage human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development to build a motivated team. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, hotel policies, and industry standards. Utilize multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette to communicate effectively with guests, vendors, and staff. Oversee night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial records and smooth overnight operations. Cultivate positive guest relations by implementing service standards that exceed expectations in resort or hotel environments. Coordinate with external vendors and partners to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency. Experience Proven supervisory experience within the hospitality industry, preferably in hotel or resort management roles. Extensive knowledge of hospitality management practices including revenue management, guest services, and hotel operations. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment. Strong background in budgeting, human resources management, and customer service excellence. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively. Experience with front desk operations, night audit procedures, and multi-line phone systems is preferred. Familiarity with hospitality software systems and hotel management tools is advantageous. Pay:
$110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
