Duties Assist in overseeing daily hotel operations, including front desk activities, guest services, and housekeeping coordination Supervise staff members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high standards of service Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and ensuring a memorable stay for all visitors Support revenue management initiatives by monitoring occupancy rates, optimizing room rates, and implementing sales strategies Coordinate with human resources on staffing needs, scheduling, and employee development programs Oversee night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with hotel policies Maintain effective communication across departments using multi-line phone systems and uphold professional phone etiquette at all times Skills Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse guest populations effectively Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or hotel management industry Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles including guest services, hotel operations, and resort amenities Experience with revenue management techniques to maximize profitability and occupancy rates Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences and building lasting relationships Familiarity with human resources functions such as staffing, training, and team leadership Competence in budgeting, financial reporting, and night audit procedures to ensure operational efficiency Leadership qualities that inspire teams to deliver exceptional service in fast-paced environments Knowledge of front desk operations including multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to enhance guest interactions This role is perfect for motivated professionals eager to advance their career in hospitality management.
