Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Guest Service Manager to lead and oversee the front desk and spa operations within the hotel, ensuring exceptional service delivery and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for service excellence, and the ability to develop and train team members to achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities Manage and schedule daily operations for the Front Desk, Valet, and Spa teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Train and develop staff to enhance their skills, promote service excellence, and maintain high standards of guest satisfaction. Drive revenue management initiatives by identifying sales opportunities and maximizing guest service interactions. Lead by example to foster a positive, customer-focused environment that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement. Monitor guest feedback and implement strategies to improve overall guest experience. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service and operational efficiency. Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in managing front desk and spa operations. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent training and skill development capabilities. Demonstrated commitment to service excellence and guest satisfaction. Ability to manage schedules and coordinate staffing effectively.
