Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our leadership team at Lightwell Hotel + Spa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel operations, including front desk management, spa operations, and valet services. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage scheduling, oversee daily operations, and contribute to a collaborative leadership environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage hotel front desk operations to ensure exceptional guest service and smooth check-in/check-out processes. Manage spa operations and scheduling to ensure optimal staff coverage and high-quality guest experiences. Supervise valet management and scheduling to maintain efficient, timely vehicle services. Collaborate as a member of a robust leadership team to drive operational excellence and achieve business goals. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction. Monitor daily performance metrics and address any operational issues promptly. Train, mentor, and support team members to foster a positive and productive work environment. Qualifications 3 - 5 years of leadership experience in hotel operations. Proven expertise in hotel front desk operations. Strong organizational and scheduling skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work collaboratively within a leadership team. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering outstanding guest service.
