Hotel Supervisor

About us Hampton by Hilton is a small family run business in Bedford, PA. We are customer-centric and our goal is to provide our guests with an enjoyable experience as if they never left home! The Hampton of Bedford is searching for a Hotel Supervisor. The supervisor will supervise all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, breakfast, customer service and housekeeping. Another focus of a Hotel Supervisor is focus on ensuring that employees are properly trained while maintaining a safe and positive workspace. Your duties are to oversee the day-to-day activities of the hotel and its employees. You will directly report to the Manager and Owner. We are searching for an individual who is wanting to grow with the hotel and that will take the hotel's best interest at heart. It is imperative that the supervisor be flexible with their schedule and be able to come into work when the hotel needs them. Here is a sample of a few duties that a supervisor will be overseeing : Create employee schedules. Enforcing company policies and expectations. Conduct room inspections ensuring quality cleanliness. Hire and train new employees. Resolve any employee issues or concerns. Administer necessary correctional actions. Monitor and maintain positive morale of employees.
