We are building a strong hospitality team with a positive work culture, professionalism, and excellent guest service. Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, professional, and hands-on Hotel Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, support team members, and help maintain excellent guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate must have prior hotel experience, strong leadership abilities, good communication skills, and the flexibility to assist with operational coverage when needed. Requirements & Experience Minimum 2 years of hotel experience or customer service and hospitality operations. At least 1 year in a lead, supervisor, or management role orLeadership experience in hotel or lodging environment Strong people and communication skills Good computer skills Ability to train and coordinate team members Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable and professional attitude Must be able to work flexible shifts as needed, including covering call-offs, weekends, evenings, and holidays when required Responsibilities Oversee daily hotel operations Train, Support & Coordinate with housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance Team Help maintain guest satisfaction and service standards Coordinate schedules and daily workflow Handle guest concerns professionally Ensure company policies and procedures are followed Assist with operational coverage during staffing shortages or call-offs Must be able to work flexible shifts as needed, including covering call-offs, weekends, evenings, and holidays when required Monitor cleanliness, safety, and overall property condition
