Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Manager, where you'll be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring every guest experiences exceptional service from check-in to check-out. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead front desk operations, coordinate guest services, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality. Responsibilities Oversee daily front desk operations, including guest check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and providing personalized assistance to enhance guest satisfaction. Supervise front desk staff, including training on hotel management systems, phone etiquette, multi-line phone systems, and customer service protocols. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest requests and needs are met swiftly. Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions, verify billing accuracy, and prepare reports for management review. Implement and uphold hotel policies related to guest services, safety procedures, and hospitality standards. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for guests from diverse backgrounds. Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hotel environment. Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and guest services best practices. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve an international clientele effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly yet professional phone etiquette approach. Experience with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is essential. Ability to handle night audit responsibilities accurately while maintaining composure during busy periods. Exceptional communication skills to lead a diverse team and interact confidently with guests from various cultures.
