Every hotel has that one person everyone calls when something breaks, squeaks, leaks, blinks, buzzes, or simply decides today is the day it quits. We're looking for that person. As our Maintenance Manager , you'll be the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps our hotel operating at its best. From guestrooms and public spaces to mechanical systems and grounds, you'll lead the charge in keeping everything safe, functional, and guest-ready. No cape required. A good set of tools helps. What You'll Be Doing Tackling preventative maintenance before problems become emergencies Responding to maintenance requests and work orders quickly and effectively Diagnosing and repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, and general building issues Keeping guestrooms and public spaces in top-notch condition Managing maintenance logs, inspections, schedules, and documentation Maintaining tools, equipment, inventory, and vendor relationship Partnering with other departments to create an exceptional guest experience Ensuring safety standards and compliance requirements are always met Being the calm, capable problem-solver everyone turns to when things don't go according to plan What Makes You Great at This You don't just fix problems—you prevent them. You notice things others miss. You enjoy troubleshooting. You can adapt quickly when priorities shift and know how to stay cool when three people need you at once. Most importantly, you understand that every repair contributes to a better guest experience. What You'll Bring ✔ 3+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in a hotel environment ✔ Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and preventative maintenance programs ✔ Experience supervising team members and managing departmental priorities ✔ Strong organizational and documentation skills ✔ Comfort using computers and maintenance tracking systems ✔ Ability to work independently and make sound decisions ✔ A commitment to safety, quality, and service excellence ✔ High school diploma or equivalent (additional education a plus) The Physical Side of the Job This role keeps you moving. You'll be standing, walking, climbing, lifting, troubleshooting, inspecting, repairing, and occasionally wondering who thought it was a good idea to put that piece of equipment there in the first place.
