Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries promptly and efficiently Maintain accurate appointment scheduling and calendar management using tools like Microsoft Office Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure all records are precise and up-to-date Support office management tasks such as supply ordering, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software Provide exceptional customer support through effective phone etiquette and personalized assistance Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth office operations and ensure timely communication Requirements Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or front desk roles with a focus on customer service excellence Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, filing systems, and basic bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is a plus but not required Demonstrated professionalism with impeccable phone etiquette and attention to detail in proofreading and data management Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude Join us as a Front Desk Manager where your enthusiasm, organizational talent, and dedication will make a meaningful impact every day!
