Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Supervisor, where you will lead the front desk operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. This pivotal role involves overseeing guest check-in and check-out processes, managing guest relations, and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors. Your energetic leadership will set the tone for exceptional customer service, fostering a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews. As a key ambassador of our hospitality standards, you will coordinate with various departments to deliver top-tier guest services and uphold the hotel's reputation for excellence. Duties Supervise daily front desk activities, including guest registration, room assignments, and billing procedures Lead and motivate front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly, energetic approach Manage multi-line phone systems, handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests efficiently Oversee night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting and smooth overnight operations Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to assist guests effectively Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a focus on guest services Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and inspire a diverse team in a fast-paced environment Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions across different cultures Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is essential Prior experience with night audit procedures and resort or hotel environments is preferred Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and communication abilities Knowledge of hospitality standards, guest relations strategies, and hotel management best practices Embark on a rewarding career where your energetic leadership transforms guest experiences into memorable stays.
