Hotel General Manager

The GM is responsible for directing and overseeing all operational activities and departments in the hotel to maximize revenues, minimize costs, and deliver a positive experience and exceptional customer service for the guests. Must have the ability to manage people in a courteous, tactful and patient manner. Must have excellent communication and organizational skills, be dedicated, hard-working and self motivated to work independently with little guidance. The hotel operates 7 days a week. The GM will work a minimum of 40 hours with a flexible schedule to accommodate fluctuating business demands. It may be necessary to work shifts other than those normally scheduled, including evenings and weekends. This is a full time salaried position.
