Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Manager, where you'll lead the front-of-house operations and create memorable guest experiences. This energetic role requires a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth check-ins, exceptional customer service, and efficient management of daily hotel functions. As the face of our hotel, you'll coordinate guest relations, oversee front desk staff, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality excellence. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will drive guest satisfaction and operational success in a vibrant resort setting. Responsibilities Oversee all front desk activities, including guest check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and guest inquiries Manage and train front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain professional phone etiquette Handle guest concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring positive guest relations and satisfaction Coordinate night audit processes to reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports for management Supervise the use of multi-line phone systems and ensure efficient communication across departments Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, billing, and special requests Support hotel management in implementing hospitality standards and improving guest services Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong understanding of guest services Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a courteous manner Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with international guests are highly desirable Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems Experience with night audit procedures and financial reconciliation within a resort or hotel environment Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations, guest records, and reports Ability to lead, motivate, and train front desk staff while fostering a welcoming atmosphere Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for hospitality makes every guest feel valued.
