Job Description

Description Concord Hospitality is seeking a dynamic Hotel Manager to lead a high-performing hotel team and ensure exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and financial success. This role serves as the liaison between the hotel brand, owners, and Concord, while representing the hotel in the community and driving results across all departments. As a Concord Leader you will be responsible to: Inspire greatness in your team. Encourage and support team members to reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities:
Hire, mentor, and lead a winning hotel management and associate team Support the sales and marketing team to maintain competitiveness in the market Drive Guest Satisfaction Scores (GSS) and ensure consistent service excellence Oversee hotel operations to achieve financial targets and operational goals Maintain compliance with brand standards, budgets, and operational deadlines Act as the hotel's "face" in the community, networking with city officials and stakeholders Facilitate brand training, meetings, and other operational initiatives
Qualifications:
Proven success in full-service hotel operations within the hospitality industry, including experience at the department head level. Comprehensive knowledge of both Rooms and Food & Beverage operations. Demonstrated strength in sales, networking, and relationship management. Proven track record of driving guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Hands-on leadership style with a strong focus on financial performance and results. Exceptional leadership capabilities, with experience hiring, developing, and motivating high-performing teams. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with a strong focus on execution. Pay Range:
