Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Assistant General Manager to lead our team. In this pivotal role, you will support the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your management skills within a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment. Responsibilities Assist the General Manager in managing daily hotel operations Supervise and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service Train new team members throughout the hotel including, front desk, pantry and housekeeping Support budgeting efforts by monitoring labor costs, sales targets, and operational expenses Ensure compliance with health regulations, safety standards, and company policies Assist in hiring, interviewing, and developing staff to foster a high-performing team Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels Qualifications Strong leadership skills with experience in staff training & development and team management Familiarity with POS systems such as PEP Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and food safety compliance Background in hospitality management Excellent communication skills with the ability to interview candidates effectively and foster a positive work environment Demonstrated ability to handle shift management responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced setting Join our vibrant team where your leadership will make a real impact!
