Foster exceptional guest relations by ensuring personalized service, addressing guest concerns promptly, and maintaining a welcoming environment for diverse clientele. Oversee compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and industry standards to ensure a secure environment for staff and guests alike. Utilize multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette to handle inquiries efficiently while promoting positive guest interactions. Coordinate night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting and smooth overnight operations. Implement best practices in hospitality management to enhance guest satisfaction scores and build long-term loyalty. Experience Proven supervisory experience within the hospitality industry, ideally in hotel management or resort settings. Strong background in hospitality management principles including customer service excellence, revenue management, human resources, and budgeting. Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Demonstrated leadership ability with experience supervising teams across multiple departments in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, night audit procedures, and guest relations is essential. Knowledge of hotel experience including front desk management, guest services protocols, and resort operations is preferred.
