This role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality management, food service, and delivering outstanding guest experiences. As a key member of our team, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional service standards, and support staff development in a dynamic environment that celebrates culinary artistry and hospitality excellence. Duties Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and guest satisfaction Support staff training initiatives to uphold high standards of food safety, customer service, and operational efficiency Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control to maintain fine dining standards Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Monitor inventory control processes to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing waste Supervise team members during shifts, including scheduling, performance feedback, and resolving customer concerns Contribute to food management activities like kitchen coordination, food handling procedures, and culinary support Assist in managing restaurant budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing operational resources Support catering and banquet services as needed to deliver seamless event experiences Uphold food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all areas of operation Qualifications Previous experience in fine dining or casual dining environments with supervisory responsibilities preferred Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen management Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience required Proven skills in staff training, team management, and leadership within the hospitality industry Experience with inventory control, food safety protocols, and food production processes Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences Ability to manage shift operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment Background in hotel or restaurant management is highly desirable; assistant manager experience is a plus Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in food handling and kitchen operations Join us at
