Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service. This position requires strong leadership skills, and a passion for the hospitality industry.. Duties Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of the hotel operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and financial reporting. Train, mentor, and develop staff to deliver outstanding service and uphold brand standards. Coordinate with Sales Manager , ensuring smooth execution from planning to service. Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure a positive hotel experience. Monitor daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. Maintain knowledge of Fosse system for efficient order processing and reporting. Skills Proficiency in Fosse or similar hospitality management software is preferred Strong background in Front Desk operations . Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff effectively. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Hotel Experience a must
