In this role, you will oversee daily front desk operations, manage guest relations, and coordinate communication across various departments. Your leadership will set the tone for a welcoming environment, fostering positive interactions and smooth service delivery. Duties Supervise front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of hospitality management Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring accuracy and professionalism Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with enthusiasm, providing timely solutions to enhance guest satisfaction Oversee multi-line phone systems, answer calls promptly, and direct them appropriately using excellent phone etiquette Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences in a resort or hotel environment Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting compliance Maintain guest records, reservations, and billing information with meticulous attention to detail Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within the hospitality industry Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs confidently Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and positivity Previous experience with night audit procedures is preferred but not mandatory Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests through energetic leadership and dedicated service.
